SUPERVISORY BOARD

The Supervisory Board is the body entitled to carry out financial oversight of the activities of HUN-REN. To ensure transparent, responsible, and balanced operation, it may inspect HUN-REN’s documents, accounting records, and books; request information and data from the members of the Governing Body and from HUN-REN employees; and examine HUN-REN’s payment accounts, cash holdings, securities and inventory, as well as its contracts.
